We are happy to announce that we are launching "Catching the Elusive Thai Cuisine," a cooking course where you will be learning all sorts of Thai cuisine's culture, just like local people do. Departing from Chiang Mai or Bangkok, we will go to my farmhouse and learn how to cook like local central Thai people in Nakhonsawan province. There are loads of things that have never been seen by outsiders! Why don't you be the very first one to explore Thailand the way nobody has before?
